DESCRIPTION:Register Here \nLearn the basics of making cold process soap with Liz at Blackberry Hill Farm! \nThis will be an EXPRESS soap making class.  Liz will have all the oils and lye water prepped for you.  Just come\, pick your colors and scents\, and mix them up! \nThis class is only open to ages 16 and up as you will be working with caustic materials. \nYou will get to make 3 lb of soap (9-10 bars depending how you cut them).  Recipe is Vegan and Palm-Oil Free.  All safety material will be provided (gloves and safety glasses) as well as class handouts for you to take home.  The class usually takes about 2-2.5 hours. \nLiz will start the class with information about soapmaking and give some examples of designs you can try.  Then spend time picking out your colors and scents.  Lots of fragrance oils and different colorants will be available. \nThings to bring: \n-Apron to protect your clothes \n-Your own essential oils to fragrance your soap (optional) \n-Your own safety glasses (optional- we will be sharing and disinfecting between uses) \n  \n
