In addition to trees, handmade Wreaths and Garlands are also for sale. In the U.S. around 10 million Christmas trees are purchased each season. Nearly 90% of fake trees are shipped across the world, leading to increased carbon emissions from manufacturing and shipping. Artificial trees are rarely recycled, and often end up in local landfills at the end of life. Opting for a real Christmas tree supports local tree farmers, healthier forests, and more carbon sequestration.
